• Assist in basic bookkeeping
• Support HR administrative tasks
• Support recruitment administrative tasks
• Conduct data entry
• Conduct research
• Other tasks that may be assigned

Skill Set
• At least 5 years work experience in executive assistance or virtual assistance role
• Good English communication skills – both written and verbal
• Knowledge in Xero an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple tasks
• Willing to work part time (4 hours/day) in AU shift
• Open to full time role in the future
• Amenable to start immediately
