IT Account Representative

Your day could see you: 

• Contacting Managed Service Provider (MSP) prospects and clients to schedule meetings, obtain missing information or answer queries 
• Articulate a unique business value of our remote monitoring and management solution 
• Salesforce data entry and opportunity tracking assistance 
• Contract information submission and verification 
• Correlate monthly sales reports 
• Communicate important feedback from prospects and customers internally 
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features. 

A BIT ABOUT YOU 

• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent 
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) 
• Understanding of sales performance metrics 
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong phone skills with affable personality 
• A team player with high level of dedication 
• Basic pricing and math skills 
• Presentation and pro-active dialing skills 
• Previous experience working with SalesForce.com (our CRM and system of record) 
• General knowledge of the managed services or IT support industry 
• Knowledge of, and experience selling into, a channel versus direct environment 
• Experience with remote monitoring and management solutions 
• Business to business inside sales experience

• You will be conducting on-line sales presentations with existing MSP partners, who are interest in adding additional business products and services. 
• Goal is to secure additional revenue from business partners assigned. 
• Deliver online presenations and business calls to owers of small MSP businesses. 
• Clearly and convincingly communicate the value business IT Management Platform to secure trial evaluations for additional solutions. Cross sell and upsell business products. 
• Schedule follow-up appointments with business Technical Sales Engineer and ongoing calls to secure new business. 
• Manage Sales opportunities through pipeline stages. 
• Achvieve sales goals for partner revenue growth.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role where closing North American prospects to annual agreements. 
• You must be a strong and clear communicator 
• You must have the sales experience to work through a conversation and be persistent. Need above average objection handling abilities. 
• You have a strong work-ethic and an positive attitude along with a desire to learn.

IT Sales Development Representative 

Reporting directly to the Manager of Sales Development, the business is looking for an exceptionally motivated outbound sales representative. You will call into our lists of prospects, pitch the benefits of business vertically integrated IT management platform, and schedule appointments for our Account Executive and Channel Development teams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• You will be making a high-volume of sales calls and following up with your leads via email 
• Contacting Managed Services Providers who once expressed interest in business products and services 
• Clearly and convincingly communicate the value business IT Management Platform 
• Schedule follow-up appointments for our Account Executive and Channel Development teams to take the prospect through an in-depth product demonstration. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role where calling lists of prospects to set appointments was your main responsibility 
• You must be a strong and clear communicator 
• You must have the sales experience to work through a cold conversation and be persistent if you are told no 
• You have a strong work-ethic and an positive attitude along with a willingness to learn 
• Full-time position
