HC Shared Services Audit and Compliance Senior Specialist
Position Summary
The Audit and Compliance Analyst is an individual contributor role within the Risk, Audit and Data Management team. This role is mainly responsible in providing support during audits - be it internal audit, external audit, client audit, etc. and in supporting compliance of HCSS Delivery to identified Service Level Agreements and to established policies and procedures. This role will partner with different teams within and outside the Human Capital Shared Services and assist the Audit and Compliance Manager in achievement of team goals.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to
  • Conduct DOLE internal audit
  • Research and assess impact of DOLE regulations to compliance of Human Capital
  • Submit Establishment Reports and other related reports to DOLE
  • Provide support during DOLE inspections, client audits and external audits
  • Assist in risk assessment activities within HC Shared Services
  • Perform audits on identified high-risk transactions and report results to HCSS management
  • Support the achievement of HCSS Delivery Goals by reporting aging of transactions and identifying items for call-outs
  • Assist in process reviews and compliance reviews
  • Discuss review results with process owners and recommend process improvement
  • Ensure that documentation related to the conduct of internal audit, audit of high-risk transactions, process and compliance reviews, DOLE filings and other work-related documentation are kept in accordance with existing policies on record retention.
  • Assist in Track and Chase of Employee's Mandatory training
  • Help ensure compliance of employees to Information Security Policies
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.

  • At least 3 years work experience in audit and compliance or other similar roles with focus on government compliance. Experience with DOLE compliance is preferred.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Critical thinking with high attention to detail
  • Ability to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of data
  • Demonstrate multi-tasking capability in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly adaptable to changing priorities and projects
  • Experience with multinational companies or with call-center business is preferred
  • CIA/CPA certification is an advantage but not required
  • Willing to adjust shift schedule to meet business needs
