Job Description

Responsibilities
Collaborate with recruitment manager/hiring managers to identify requirements
Utilize different channels/media (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Referrals, etc.) to look for and connect with potential candidates
Interact with potential candidates on niche platforms
Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates
Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
Collate candidate information
Proactively source and pitch potential hires
Conduct initial interviews and pre-qualify candidates

Requirements
Proven work experience as Recruiter or in a Sales capacity for at least 1-3 years
Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
Relevant experience in sourcing for creatives, telemarketers and IT candidates
Open for either full-time or part-time work
Amenable with morning and nightshift schedule
