Inviting Applications for the role of AVP, Lean Digital Transformation
Responsibilities:
This is a full-time role and would involve balancing various tasks indicative - but not limited to:
  • Defining and executing Key Process Perfection & Digital Transformation Project Roadmaps
  • Interact with Clients for understanding Key business Priorities and Opportunity identification
  • Lead Master Black Belt Level Projects
  • Responsible for generating business impact for the clients using the CI methodologies and frameworks, for the assigned verticals / region
  • Coach & mentor Black Belts
  • Provide innovative leadership driving quality performance, automation projects
  • Ensure the use of problem solving and root cause analysis where vital. Advise the identification of gaps and improvement in the various processes
  • Deploy Lean Six Sigma framework to improve Process performance on the shop floor.
  • Lead VSM and Problem-Solving Workouts with the aligned businesses
  • Supervise & audit the deployed processes for effectiveness & efficiency
  • Responsible for leading Process & Digital Ideation events and setting up Visual Management of dashboards & metrics
  • Lead High Impact Critical initiatives for the region
  • Be the cultural change agent on the floor
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications:
  • Excellent Problem Solving & Analytical bent of demeanor
  • Extensive Collections / Customer Service Operations background would be an advantage
  • Domain SME Preferred - Contact Centre Operations
  • LSS Black Belt Certified
  • Ability to engage optimally with Senior Leadership, Customers and people from all levels of the organization - Good Communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency
  • Critical thinking & accountability
  • Rich Leadership, consultative & partnering skills required
  • Willingness to new insights and diverse cultures
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer needs

  • Technology/ Digital / Automation awareness
