General Duties
. Management, configuration and maintenance of network devices (switch, router, WiFi, firewall, VPN) for both hardware and firmware
. Process and resolve network issues and service requests
. Provide 2nd level network support to users and other tech support groups
. Manage tickets, resolve and troubleshoot network-related concerns within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
. Create reports on network inventory, network performance, incident report/root cause analysis, phone directory
. Addressing concerns and requests related to projects
. Administration of IP-PBX

. Manage/support network operations for Head Office, Data Centers and Branches/Affiliates
. Network monitoring
. Network documentation
o Network devices inventory

o RCA/incident report

o Network performance
. Issues resolution/troubleshooting, service requests within Service Level Agreement (SLA)

. Network security management, administration and configuration (VLAN, ACL, Routing, Firewall policies, VPN, DHCP/NPS, etc.)
. Support for other IP Services (ex. IP-CCTV, IP-Telephony, Solarwinds, WiFi)
. WiFi monitoring, configuration, installation/implementation, maintenance
. Ensures high network availability of network (H.O., offices, branches)
. Mall IT network related queries and concerns
. VLAN planning and switch configuration and deployment/installation
. IP-Telephony Administration
Professional Eligibility
Min. CCNA (Cisco)

Education
. BS ECE or BS Information Technology or equivalent
Experience
At least 6-months experience on networking, routing, firewall and Avaya PBX
