Job Description

General Duties

To manage Leasing Operations and achieve revenue targets in properties handled by Prime Key.
Detailed Duties

With above average oral and written communication skills.
With good presentation and facilitation skills Good Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

1. Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university.
2. Graduate of Marketing or Business Management course is an advantage.
3. Must be able to understand financial statements.

Preferably with at least 5 years of hotel experience with exposure to Front Office and Housekeeping operations.


1. Ensures achievement of topline revenue targets for Prime Key operations.
2. Monitors OPEX to ensure efficient operations and compliance of budget.
3. Motivates and pushes front line staff to get unit owner enrollments.
4. Manages guest arrivals and check-outs.
5. Monitors room availability and occupancy.
6. Achieves optimum occupancy levels.
7. Ensures rooms are ready prior to guest arrival.
8. Checks and monitors that housekeeping standards are strictly followed.
9. Ensures smooth Front Desk operations.
10. Implements strict controls for linen, amenities, cleaning and office supplies/ inventory.
11. Ensures transparent and efficient reporting to Head Office, Accounting and Treasury.
12. Promotes Leasing and Tenancy services to owners who want to explore long term leasing.
13. Ensures Front Desk personnel acts on leads given by Head Office through inquiries received on line or through phone and email.
14. Guides, assists and motivates Prime Key staff in the daily operations.
15. Regularly makes site visits to check on rooms enrolled to Prime Key as well as Front Desk and Housekeeping personnel.
16. Handles complaints and concerns of Unit Owners, Guests, PMO and brokers that are brought to his attention.
17. Makes timely, fair and informed decisions on concerns and complaints raised to him.
18. Submits all documents including Service Agreements, Deposits slips, to Head Office in a timely manner.
19. Attends head office meetings representing Prime Key.
20. Prepares reports as needed.
21. Thinks of innovative ways and services to increase revenue.
22. Requests for marketing collaterals needed to push services in the sites.
23. Pushes for online presence of listings to increase occupancy.
24. Manages manpower deployment.
25. Effectively trains new hires and ensures their readiness to handle the demands of the new job.
26. Fosters strong relationships and good teamwork among everyone by promoting inclusivity and camaraderie.
27. Participates in all company and PMD - initiated activities.
