Job Description
Our client is an international engineering and design company. They are currently looking to appoint an Assistant HR Manager.
The Assistant HR Manager will report directly to the HR Manager.
The position administers, evaluates, and improves human resource programs and policies including, but not limited to recruitment, labor relations, employee engagement, organizational development, culture building, learning & development, and remuneration & benefits.
Responsibilities include:
- implements HR programs by providing overall human resource services
- the end-to-end recruitment process of the Manila office.
- helps identify and clarify people-related concerns and implement immediate actions.
- coaches and performs counselling on non-managerial staff
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in HR is required for this position.
- Preference will be given for experience in engineering or construction sectors
