Job Description

  • Will be part of the SAP Team in Manila Operation
  • SAP Support for SAP Applications in the areas of P2P (Materials Management, Warehouse Management and Ariba) and of O2C (Sales Distribution / Billing & Customer Service)
  • Work closely together with the respective master data experts to assure that master data fits to the respective process
  • Ensure maximum utilization of resources and delivery of quality services to meet project requirements and customers’ expectations
  • Realize maximum revenue from sales contracts and partner closely with Finance for project cost control and revenue collection
  • Manage development of new products and service offerings
  • Establish high-value and strategic partnership with clients and forge alliances with related services and organizations
  • Achieve division/department goals
  • Participate in strategic business planning
  • Monitor business performance and keep management informed accordingly
  • Evaluate team and individual performance
  • Plan individual career development and training of members
  • Sustain high morale among team members
  • Continually improve service delivery processes and project management method of the unit
  • Capture and propagate documented knowledge within the company
  • Mentor technical development of junior consultants and pre-sales team
  • Develop new products and services
  • Introduce substantial improvements on existing methods and technical content
  • Research and share cutting-edge technology information to team
  • Provide effective and efficient technology solutions to recurring problems
  • Champion quality processes and introduce best practices to increase BU/division/department’s performance, and/or value of product/service
  • Participate as subject matter expert in company and/or industry feasibility studies or bench-marking projects
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience / Expertise in the areas of eWM and SD
  • Experience in the areas of MM, Ariba and CS
  • Experience in application support
  • Logistic know-how in the areas of sales/billing
  • Logistic know-how in the areas of purchasing, warehousing/stock and sales/billing helpful
  • Pronounced understanding of numbers and good analytical skills
  • Structured, solution-orientated and independent way of working
  • Technical knowledge of ABAP for debugging
  • Preferably those who have experience in full cycle implementation
  • SAP certification is an advantage
  • Familiar with the ERP business consulting in general and related industries
  • Excellent people motivator
  • Seasoned through leading several full lifecycle including post-live support
  • Development Broad knowledge of ERP solutions and deep technical knowledge within assigned track
  • Willing to work in Makati City
