Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle ticket creation, monitoring, resolution update & feedback of production issue raise by business
  • Manage top up and renewal request of subscription (VM Captcha, VPNs)
  • Manage VM audit and VM capacity planning
  • Assist Infra/Security with VM patch and or security update
  • Handle urgent production escalation by business (skype, email, ticket) and coordinating with developer for immediate assistance/resolution
Qualifications: 
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Application Support
  • Ability to read and translate Chinese documents preferred
  • Willing to work in Makati (we are temporarily on work from home due to COVID)
  • Willing to work on a 24/7 shifting schedule (morning, afternoon, night)
  • Willing to extend work hours if needed
Technical Skills:

  • Basic-Mid Knowledge to the following: Windows, Windows Scripting, Windows VM, Javascript, JAVA, Spring, REST AP, NATS, Selenium, RDP, Citrix, VPN, Captcha, RMB Accounts Machine Verification Handling
  • Operating System: Windows
  • Browsers Familiarity: Google Crome IE Microsoft edge FireFox
