Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing techniques including leveraging Internet research, advertisements, job boards, cold calling, and networking to maintain a continuous flow of qualified candidates
  • Attend hiring intake meetings with recruiters to understand hiring manager requirements and business priorities
  • Leverage the firms CRM platform tobuild and maintain a database of top talent within your area(s) of coverage
  • Proactively engage passive talent to market active career opportunities
  • Pre-screen, interview and shortlist candidates on active requisitions for recruiter review
  • Deliver market mapping and research projects
  • Research, develop and implement leading edge, creative sourcing strategies that improve candidate relationship development and engagement
  • Act as a brand ambassador leveraging a multi-channel strategy, in partnership with Brand & Communications, to promote our EVP in the target market
  • Continually seek out opportunities to improve and simplify
  • Mentor and support the development of team members
  • Contribute to regional projects and initiatives

Skills, Experience & Competencies
  • At least 5years experience in recruiting/sourcing or retained search
  • Demonstrable knowledge and exposure to financial services sourcing/recruiting
  • Experience using an established Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Expert in online recruiting research with expert knowledge of Boolean search techniques
  • Fluent in oral and written English with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex assignments and multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of client service
  • Ability to develop a high quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines
  • Actively consults and partners with stakeholders to accurately diagnose stated and underlying issues and provide tailored solutions that maximize business results
  • Identifies issues using critical thinking, data analytics, prior experiences and judgment to make fact based decisions and recommendations.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry trends, key players, job types, talent tools, performance indicators, and products and services
  • Team player with proven ability to partner across geographiesand cultures
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with strong sense accountability and ownership
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
