Position Summary:
The Executive BrandMarketing andCommunications (BMC) teamwas established during 2014. This has involved the integration ofmarketing, communications,PR, service line and sector teams into a consistent global operating model.
TheAPAC Financial ServicesOrganizationhas ambitious growth targets and needs innovative market programsto build brandreputation - publications, programs, sponsorships and PR - to support these business targets.
This marketing executive role is a role in the BMC Executive. It sitswithin the Go-To-Market pillar forAPAC FSO and providesproject supportto marketing programswith a focus on our three sectors -Banking & CapitalMarkets, Insurance andWealth andAssetManagement.
The pillar is responsible for driving marketing activity across all sectors inAPAC aswell as provides support to our sales-driven campaign program.
The rolewill support marketingsenior managersand business teamson a projectbasis in APAC FSO,working on projects supporting the business.
For an ambitious marketingand project managementprofessional,this role provides the opportunity to become involved in the development and deployment ofa rangeof international projects in a professional services area undergoing unprecedented changes.
Success in this role is measured through positive relationshipswith stakeholders, timely execution to plan to budget, management ofinternal and external suppliers, positive feedback from stakeholders and suppliers.
Essential Functions of the Job:
.Manage relationshipswith key stakeholders and maintain goodworking relationships across BMC and other functions
.Support the team in the best practice usage of the Firm's e-marketing tools (includingMarketoand SAPCRM
.Create, configure and administer e-marketingcampaigns and special projects assigned
.Support the teamwith administrative tasks such as: BRET, legal reviewand othercompliance-basedactivitiesrequired on BMC
.Manage production and approvals processes (including SCORE)
.Provide event management support on majorprogramsincluding coordination to different parties and RSVP management
.Provide PMO support on major initiatives including support on coordination of large meetings
.Assist to track spend against budget and provide management information to the GTMLeader, including management of
progress reports and update of activity calendars

  • Demonstrate excellentwritten and spoken communication abilities
  • Intermediate to advance skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent level of study orexperience)Professionalmarketingor project managementqualificationpreferred
.Brand,marketingandcommunicationsexperienceinalargeorganizationofatleasttwoyears,preferablyinprofessionalservicesor in a regulated environmentwith a complexsign off procedure
.Experienceworking as part of diverse and virtual high-performance teams
.Experience using content management systems
.Experienceworkingwith multiple stakeholders in multiple geographies
.Experience in project management
.Ability to influence and build collaborative relationshipswith business stakeholders, evenwithout regular face to face contact
