Job Description:1. Collate, organize, file and monitor accountable forms/official documents
2. Coordinate with the Third-Party Archiving/Storage site (RSI)3. Scan the documents for permanent archives
4. Assist in retrieving documents in relation to Tax Audit5. Acts as person-in-charge in the head office for Finance-related documentation (contract printing, coordination with the messenger etc.)
