Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Finance and other departments
  • Assist with the day to day operations of the Finance and Admin duties
  • Filing and updating of 201 files of the employees, manually and electronically
  • Process documentation relating to statutory reports
  • Manage online application and payments of government remittances
  • Communicate with other departments or employees if necessary
  • Other adhoc tasks
Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of any Bachelor Degree course
  • At least 3 years HR and Administrative experience
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented person
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Amenable to work in our office in Makati City
  • Can start ASAP
Salary: Php20-25,000/month
