They are operating both physical and ecommerce stores and has been providing quality supplies for the last 5 years. The company continues to grow and looking at expanding their product ranges to serve different industries.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Research product and pricing
Create a product page which includes item description, specification, product image on csv format to be uploaded onto the ecommerce platform
Maintain and manage ecommerce platform being used by the company
Handle administrative requests and queries from the manager
Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes
Other ad hoc tasks relevant to the role


Must Haves:

At least 2 years of experience in Administrative Assistance

Strong English communication skills - both written and verbal

Knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications particularly MS Excel

Knowledge in HTML


Nice to Haves:

Background in Photoshop or image processing skill


Work Schedule: Anytime Between 9:00am - 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (Flexible)


Home Office Requirements:

• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
