The Company helps small business save money through cost segregation. Their tax strategy helps small businesses who own their buildings, or who have paid to build out their leased spaces, save a lot of money on their income taxes. Their clients are then able to reinvest this money into their companies. During this COVID time, they have been helping more businesses than ever before stay afloat.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to help the company win more clients, and complete projects faster. The main responsibilities of this role are to have a curious, proactive, creative, and problem solving mindset.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Meeting scheduling
- Email follow up with clients, prospects, and others
- Updating contacts / CRM
- Data entry to help with creation of client reports in CRM, Word, and Excel
- Creation of Slides in Powerpoint
- Creating new forms to help us move faster and more efficiently
- Simple internet research for client leads,
- Help with personal errands and tasks (scheduling, researching, etc)
- Sending client invoices
- Posting our content to social media, to our website
- Managing email subscriber lists and sending emails to our lists

Must Haves:

You must have:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent English Communication Skills
Excellent usage of Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Experience doing internet research
Experience interacting with clients and prospects on behalf of an executive

Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Flexible)

Home Office Requirements:

• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS
• Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
• Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
