Company Information:
The company is a start-up, full service commercial and residential real estate agency, operating in Gold Coast and South Brisbane. They specialize in traditional sales, leasing, acquisitions, and asset management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Calendar and Email management
  • Database management
  • Preparing documents
  • Basic Accounting/Bookkeeping
  • Basic graphic design (for property websites & real estate)
  • Prepare Weekly Reports
  • Other tasks/activities that may be assigned
Must Haves

  • At least two years experience of property management or commercial property
  • A keen eye for detail and impeccable spelling
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite - excel, word, and PowerPoint
  • Quick learner at various software systems
  • Basic Bookkeeping/Accounting skills
  • Adobe in-design skills
  • Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal
Work Schedule: 8:00am - 12:00pm or 12:00nn - 4:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time

Home Office Requirements

  • Perfectly working headset and webcam
  • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS
  • Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X
  • Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
  • A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
