Description:Duties and Responsibilities:- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, emails, etc.
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Assist with any tasks conducted within the accounting and operations department by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Qualifications:- At least College Level in Business or similar field. Bachelor's Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience can be substituted
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
