Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, emails, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Assist with any tasks conducted within the accounting and operations department by performing any assigned accounting and clerical tasks
  • Perform other office duties as assigned

  • At least College Level in Business or similar field. Bachelor's Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience can be substituted
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties
