Get to know the team
The Driver Acquisition team is responsible in obtaining the supply side for Grab's main core business. We do this by reaching out to all types of channels and methods to achieve the needed supply target and at the same time conduct campaigns and direct approach to the market.
Get to know the role
Manage driver acquisition operations, including but not limited to business processes, KPIs and metrics, roles and responsibilities, information flow, knowledge management.

  • Communicate operations priorities, reports and updates to all key stakeholders

  • Ensure that acquisition staff are clear on their KPIs, responsibilities and apply the most updated processes and procedures

  • Ensure adequate appearance of the acquisition front liners and sites

  • Ensure availability and appropriate display of technology, brochures, posters, forms, publications and other documentation

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders such as country leads, marketplace, training, customer support, driver engagement and retention teams to ensure effective and efficient acquisition operations

  • Ensure that team members follow the required policies and procedures, avoiding any fraudulent activities

The Day-to-Day Activities

  • Track and measure acquisition performance such as number of leads and funnel performance by segment or channel, cost per acquisition and average time to complete a sign up

  • Manage operations, information systems, facilities and oversee processes for payments, registration, training and safety

  • Lead efforts to build, integrate and maintain information systems

  • Identify and improve process inefficiencies within acquisition operations

  • Monitor acquisition staff attendance in accordance with work schedule

  • Eliminate fraudulent activities

  • Develop and manage tools to track acquisition operations, budget and standardized reports

  • Review reports, ensuring accuracy of content, and taking corrective actions if necessary

  • Work with regional Product Team to prioritize and push for required product improvements and features

  • Work with city teams to develop and apply best practices of acquisition operations

The Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree is business or related course

  • Strong background with at least 4 years of experience in Management Consulting Operations or volume recruitment operations

  • Strong background in operations and project management

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft and Google Workplace skills

  • Highly Analytical, insightful and keen to details

  • Strong leadership and people skills

  • Highly entrepreneurial, executional and agile

  • Self-standing with strong drive for excellence and has a growth mindset
