Job Description

Requirements:

  • 4 - 5 years of previous experience as a Accounts Payable helpdesk specialist in Shared Service Environment
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel); working
  • knowledge of databases, or financial software a plus, Service now and Oracle
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; able to work without supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to create trust and build relationships
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
preferred
Computer Skills: MS Office including Word, Excel, Oracle, Service now
Other Skills: Candidate must be professional and energetic with a positive attitude, dependable, takes
initiative and demonstrates excellent problem solving, sound judgment and organizational and planning
skills. Candidates must be able to complete tasks according to accepted levels of quality.

Key Responsibilities: Include the following & other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
  • Good written communication skill and should be able to interact in calls
  • Hands on experience in Oracle ERP systems
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries
  • Work directly with customer and deliver error free services to the customer
  • Able to analyze the facts to resolve customer queries at first instance
  • Should be flexible in shifts
  • Training the new joiners and assisting them while they are in live environment.
  • Have good knowledge on P2P, R2R and O2C towers
  • Experience on Service now application would be an advantage
  • Responsible for managing staffing, volumes and shift co-ordination to facilitate the best possible
  • results
  • Handle escalations or client calls
  • Come up with plans on training and re-trainings for the team
  • Ensure cross trainings and back ups are already in place
  • Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly report outs
  • Meet the requirements of the management and client under any given situations
  • Get Cross training on additional activities in the process and back up for senior team members
  • Responsible for learning and supporting the process end to end within the team
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Building supportive relationships with peers and colleagues
