Job Description

The Sales/Admin Support Associate plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Director, Sales Team and Account Management Team. The ideal candidate would be a self starter and must have the ability to work independently in conjunction well with the Sales Team. The ideal candidate would provide support in various facets but not limited to pre-sales activity (bid creation, proposal creation, prospect research and interaction, etc.). This role is critical to the team and are looking for an individual looking to expand their writing and verbal skills to support a dynamic work environment.


• Develop a proposal strategy, response and pricing for various City/State/Govt. Bids
• Ability to comprehend and organize complex materials according to requirements.
• Ability to learn about RTL solutions to respond to the RFP’s accordingly in a time sensitive manner
• Provide Sales support to Sales Team/Company Directors and sales related campaigns
• Develop relationships and work with RTL vendors/partners
• Create sales proposals/quotations 

• Detail oriented individual
• Graduates of a BS in Business Administration or a related degree, or significant relevant experience
• At least 2 - year experience working in Sales/Business environment
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft XP OS as well as MS Office Applications (Required)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Knowledge on web ranking optimization
• Very strong verbal and written English Communications skills a must
• Able to work the night shift
• Able and willing to work in the Alabang and/or Malolos office on a permanent shift schedule, weekends and Philippine holidays.
• Quick Learner and able to work in a group environment
• Self-starter with strong self-management skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Customer Service Experience (preferred)
