Job Description

Creating Info (Creating Next Concepts Inc.) is looking for an Accounting Officer who will provide us with expertise in general/cost accounting for our internal process as well as in the development of the financial aspect of the company's applications/systems.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • At least 1 year work experience in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
  • Sound technical financial accounting and reporting skills
  • Experience with Xero Accounting Software is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel is a must
  • Strong Excel skills must be able to navigate and edit complex workbooks and compile data from multiple sources into a functional spreadsheet
  • Knowledge/experience (in handling) of sales and inventory management application and/or system is a plus
  • Excellent people and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to come up with a sound plan and back it up with good execution
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be smart, analytical & a fast learner
  • Willing to work in a start-up company
  • Open to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (temporarily remote)

Job Description:
  • Create financial statements, schedules, analyses reports and other fiscal reports
  • Prepare invoices for billing to clients including compilation of supporting documents for service invoice preparation.
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of billing statements and statement of accounts
  • Ensure absence of legitimate client complaints regarding billing & collection
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and reports that the management may require from time to time
  • Maintain accounting controls by formulating internal accounting policies and procedures
  • Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents
  • Ensure efficient input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's internal/accounting/sales system (Zayls, etc)
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert who will provide accounting expertise as needed by the internal/development team
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • This position is a combination of being a Subject Matter Expert for accounting integration in the development of our systems/products and some internal accounting works (mostly billing & collection & financial reportings/ad hocs)
  • Standard accounting tasks (e.g. bookkeeping, government reportings) are handled by our third party accounting provider
