Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge and skills in bookkeeping and accounting procedures
  • Has knowledge of spreadsheets and financial reports
  • Assist in the inventory of equipment and supplies
  • Able to compose correspondence, organize records and assist in compliance
  • Able to do bank reconciliation and aging of receivables
  • Prepare and submit documentary requirements with banks, private, and government agencies like the SSS, BIR, Quezon City Hall etc. and
  • Assist and prepare for strategic planning and annual budget.


. With good oral and written communication skills
. Adept in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Zoom
. Able to do multiple tasks related to accounting and administrative work
. Able to do field work with government agencies and clients/members
. Has ability to analyze and solve problems
. Undergo and participate in continuous training and work with a team.
