Job Description:

  • Responsible for preparing BAS, bookkeeping, and tax returns
  • Responsible in client-facing transactions and able to make and take calls to/from clients
  • Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments that is being worked on
  • Organize and update financial records as needed (digital) for tax purposes
  • Analyze transactions and prepare reports, and summarize current financial status
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
  • Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations
Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field
  • 3+years of experience as Accountant or similar role in Australian accounting industry
  • Strong experience in using HANDISOFT, HANDILEDGER is a must
  • Working knowledge in various accounting software packages - Xero, MYOB, MYOB AE
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and accounting administration skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and office management software
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
