Job Description

  • Will be tasked with enrolling groups and individuals into BIMA's micro insurance plans
  • Contacting new enrollees, setting up new accounts, establishing leads and maintaining strong relationship with existing clients
  • Provide customer service and support to clients, addressing customer concerns, suggestions and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop referral networks and extend market reach
  • Prepare proposals and conducts sales presentations
  • Prepare and submit required reports

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be at least a Bachelor's Degree holders, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Experience as a working student is a plus
  • Candidates with working experience must have at least one year of continuous employment with the same employer
  • Previous work experience in investment, insurance or sales is also a plus
  • Ability to build a string network
  • Excellent oral presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented, keen eye for details, organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
