Job Description

Account Managers wanted to build and maintain strong professional rapports and to deliver above and beyond the level of service expected. This is for a HR services and software solutions provider.
The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of existing customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close signed agreements
• Calibrate the clients needs, communicate clearly to Operations and manage the delivery to clients
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Manage the operations team and create a trust based, high performance team culture

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development, Junior Account Manager or similar
• Someone who is ready to step into a manager position are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills – proven experience liaising with key stake holders
• Previous sales and account management experience in HR Solutions services or similar
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• A hunger and desire to succeed and benefit from the highly attractive commission and incentives schemes
