Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in one of the central business districts (CBD) in the Philippines – Makati City and will enjoy competitive salary package and good working environment. 

 
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and complete records, including turnover, win/loss and information related to account betting activity.
  • Monitor balances and report discrepancies of accounts and bank
  • Assisting the team in daily, weekly and monthly activities, including generating reports, tallying of balances and resolving discrepancies.
  • Communicating with suppliers and customers (English, Mandarin/Cantonese)
  • Development of strategies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize profits
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of our products, features and services and how customers use them
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Handling customer queries via all channels provided e.g. e-mails, skype, whatsapp
  • Team work: Maintain, improve internal procedures, reports and knowledge based. Support and deal with ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:

  • At least 1-year experience in online gaming industry
  • Language(s): English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) both written and oral
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Able to multi-tasked and work prioritized, good time management and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
