Company Information:
The company is a fast-growing US based software company that has a lot of room for operational improvement.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Comfortable and experienced in managing business relationships and financial responsibilities
  • Administer the company's enterprise customer account collections.
  • Support and be supported by a sharp and nimble finance team
  • Identify systemic improvements for the company's approach
  • Review recurring invoices and payments in the company's accounting and credit card platforms
  • Cross-reference contracts on file
  • Update payments received
  • Develop warm relations with clients over the phone
  • Reach out to clients in advance of and after payment due dates
  • Ensure client contact information is up to date in the accounting platform
  • Establish payment plans
  • Send accounts to collections and work with collections agency
  • Other ad hoc tasks relevant to the role
Must Haves:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Finance role
  • Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Must have collections experience
  • Must have phone support background
  • Must be pro-active communicator
  • Enjoy customer service
  • Thrive in fast paced environments
  • Comfortable in managing-up
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Organized
  • Consistently reliable
Nice to Haves:

Knowledgeable and has an experience in any of the applications (and their integrations)

Work Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (Flexible)

Home Office Requirements:
