Overall Purpose
. Operational point of translating client requirements into production floor activities.
. Internal contact for the overall management and productivity of the operation.
. Responsible for the management of specified supervisory teams, tracking of overall center efficiency, keeping updated on product and promotion information, providing client Program Management with updates on service provided, and identifying and tracking improvement and value-added opportunities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sciences, or Arts, preferred background on International Insurance Market. At least 4- 6 years relevant industry experience in Managerial or Directorial role. . Excellent time management and organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, and presentation skills ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast paced, deadline oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
. Experience managing functional groups.
