. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
. Bachelor's or equivalent degree
. Preferred Qualifications:
. Minimum of 1-year experience in or exposure to Health Quality Experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment, Stars, HEDIS, and/or CAHPS
. Proficient with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
. Project manage the monthly and annual HEDIS/Quality and Risk Adjustment operational processes
. Support development and packaging of Quality improvement recommendations, Risk Adjustment operations
. Support maintenance of processes and playbooks for Quality and Risk Adjustment program management
