You will be helping us to design existing modules for our SAFETY365 software system by communicating with customers regarding their requirements and then help us to design QSHE365 from the ground up, ready to sell to a hungry audience that you’ve made eager for our new solutions through your awesome marketing strategies. You therefore need to be skilled in analysing customer requirements and being able to translate their needs to our sale and development teams.
This will require you to be flexible yet methodical and rigorous in your approach to marketing, project management and customer happiness.
Creating inbound strategies and tactical plans using inbound channels

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Marketing Strategist will be able to demonstrate the following Skills and Experience
Solid knowledge of inbound channels (SEO, social media, content marketing, email and PPC) and inbound techniques (landing pages and marketing automation)
For clarification this needs to be implementation level knowledge on all of these points. You will be our team expert with the individual expertise needed to provide strategy on these channels and discuss them with our team
Ability to project manage to help bridge the gap between the product development lifecycle, marketing and product launch date
Ability to analyse results using well known tools such as Google Analytics and provide solutions to improve or explain any increases
Flexible approach to tasks and process change and willing to bring new ideas to the table
First class communication skills - internal and external
Desire to build a career in Inbound Marketing and drive company vision and targets

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
