Workflow Designer (Business Analyst)
The position will entail the following duties:
  • Work as a team going through new feedback from end users on a daily basis to identify trends and emerging issues
  • Organize, prioritize and action feedback items as part of biweekly fix and enhancement scope
  • Assisting with special projects within the InSight scope and roadmap
  • Attending regular team meetings within team and with stakeholders of the tool
  • Assisting in testing new release content, both fixes and enhancements in pre-production environments
Skillsets and Assets
  • Atleast 3 years of experience on workflow designing and business analysis
  • Experience in process mapping and process definition in Visio an asset
  • Skills in coding xTend and Java are an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise without much supervision
  • A team player in a fun but challenging environment
