What you will be doing:The Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Active Directory) is responsible for the design and deployment of global enterprise services related to the technology of expertise. This position will define technology standards, create operation documentation, drive operational demand, plan and coordinate tasks for team and cross-functional teams.

5 years work experience in the IT industry
Strong experience in complex,multi-forest environments
Experience in DFS Design, Support, and Replication fuctions
Strong experience inActive Directory Federation Services– Design, Implementation and Support.
Experience in designing and supportingMicrosoft PKI
Demonstrated skills in usingPowershellto automate tasks, generate reports, configuration and troubleshooting.
Expert level knowledge ofDNS
Good communications skills including strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Working knowledge of IT Service Management framework and/or ITIL concepts and practices
Must be willing to work in Taguig.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
