Job Description
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience desired in Cisco VOIP technologies

• Design and implement custom call routing & reporting utilizing appropriate Tools (Cisco CM & UCCE).

• Knowledge of Cisco Expressway, VCS and Telepresence endpoint provisioning and support.

• Experience with UCS servers, Gateways, SIP trunks and Contact Center Environment
