Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Analyst
Work location: Ortigas

Work schedule: 24/7 on call support, shifting, weekend/holiday shifts
  • Familiar in using Active Directory
  • Knowledgeable in using VDI Environment
  • Knowledgeable in applications supported
  • Basic knowledge in vSphere
  • MS Windows Operating System troubleshooting is a must
  • At least 2 years experience as Technical Support (Computer Software and/or Hardware troubleshooting)
  • Good communication skills in speaking and writing
  • Familiar in using Google Suites
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
  • Familiarity with cloud computing is a plus but not required
  • Basic to Intermediate knowledge in Networking
  • Basic knowledge with Virtual Machines and Virtualization
  • Must have basic knowledge in thinapp, application deployment, roles/permissions
  • Familiarity with working in a Domain environment
