Job Description

The client is a family owned company that has been operating in Sydney for over 25 years. They are a leading importer and distributor of washroom, hygiene, janitorial and cleaning equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support
• Account management
• Provide administrative support
• Conduct basic data entry
• Conduct online research
• Process orders by customers


• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Strong command of the English language both spoken and written

• Experience with customer support

• Strong administrative support skills

• Advanced user Microsoft office applications

• Strong attention to details

• Well organized and able to accomplish daily tasks

• Work well under pressure

• Willing to work full time 8 hours a day - AU time

• Amenable to start immediately
