Job Description

The client is a franchise of HomeVestors of America, a national home-buyer. They buy distressed homes with purpose of rehabbing them and selling at a profit. They are looking to help sellers sell their homes quickly and conveniently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cold-calling homeowners who match criteria that shows they may be interested in selling their home.

• Appointment scheduling with homeowners who are interested in having our buyer look at the property and make an offer.

• Follow-Up Calls with previous leads who may still be interested in selling their home.

• Generate leads to follow up with from cold calls, if not currently interested.

• Input information into CRM


• 2 to 3 years experience in a simialr role

• Very well spoken English

• Previous experience with CRM

• Preferred previous Real Estate VA experience

• Very comfortable on the phone

• Experience with working with a real estate company

• Experience with conducting outbound calls

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing wot work full time 8 hours a day - US PST

• Amenable to start immediately
