Company:

The client is an income Tax resolution CPA looking for clients in trouble with either the IRS or any of the various states.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Internet searches,
• Conduct data accumulation and data entry into Excel
• Coordinating marketing campaigns with the data gathered
• Follow up via computer / email / skype / or phone screening new potential clients
• Maintain status of client engagements

Skills:

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Fluent in the English language both spoken and written

• Intermediate computer and software skills required

• Preferably some experience with CRM software

• Need to understand Excel for managing data

• Need good organization, reporting and communication skills

• Strong online research skills

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work Part Time 4 hours a day - US EST

• Amenable to start immediately
