The client provides Financial Services to their clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Arrange and Prepare Interviews
• Reviewing resumes and Screening candidates
• Inbound & Outbound Calls
• Sorting Leads
• Email Blasts
• Organize day-to-day business operations for Ashley
• Schedule Appointments
• Basic Website Assistance

Skills:

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Excellent English skills

• Excellent Organizational skills

• Basic Web Skills using Wix

• Strong Communication skills

• Proactive and Great Time Management

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work full time 8 hours a day - US MST

• Amenable to start immediately
