The client is a fast-growing ad-tech company that specializes in media delivery. They are a very collaborative team of people that strive to give the best service possible to our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily tasks in the office

• Schedule management

• Conduct data entry

• Conduct some light bookkeeping

• Require some communication with clients


• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Strong command in English both spoken and written

• Must be organized and have great email etiquette

• A high level of comfort with Google's suite of products is also a must.

• Experience in bookkeeping

• Experience with calendar management

• Experience with scheduling

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work part time 4 hour a day - US CST

• Amenable to start immediately
