Job Description
Job Overview
• Manage the vendor management process for multiple sites
• Evaluate vendor performance, make recommendations on partnerships
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with a vendor and act as an escalation point to resolve issues
• Conduct a regular Vendor site visit
• Respond to any regulatory or compliance requests for information in a timely manner
• Ensure that business goals and objectives are met or exceeded by the vendor
• Monitor and report performance results based on defined metrics, benchmarks, and service-level agreements
• Develop and improve vendor management best practices and relationship with key
• Provide recommendations on ways to grow or improve the business relationship

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in business in a related field
• 8 - 10 years of Vendor Management experience
• Experience in managing vendor relationships in an operations/contact center/ Shared services environment
• Experience in managing metrics and taking corrective action to resolve complex problems
• Experience negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong relationship building and management skills
