Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the implementation of enhancements, products, or services that will give the Bank a competitive advantage or increase its client base and/or utilization 
  • Monitor customer complaints or system issues experienced by the different customer touchpoints or products 
  • Awareness of available technologies inside and outside of the banking sector which may be relevant to the Bank
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking & Finance, Information Management, Marketing, Business, or Economics 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in Sales or Marketing, Project Management, Product Management or Channel Management is a plus.
