Job Description

In our drive to fulfill the mission, we are currently in search for a US Recruiter who will be responsible for identifying top talent in the marketplace and manage the full lifecycle of the recruiting process.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs
  • Identify top talent in the marketplace
  • Source Development and Professionals through our existing database and contacts, advertising campaigns, and direct recruiting
  • Scree candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences
  •  Interaction with Sales Team to qualify requirements
  • Attend initial project meetings with management
  • Work with peers and supervisors to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific project needs
  • Make recommendations to management staff regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements
  • Manage the expanding candidate database, and provide consistent support and direction to staff and candidates
  • Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
  • At least 3-4 years Recruiting and IT experience (US experience preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent recruiting and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Solid interpersonal skills, database management, and record keeping
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
  • Technology knowledge –Understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at a client company
  • Willing to work in BGC and in GY Shift
