[URGENT] Reports Analyst

Job Description

    • Responsible for understanding, preparing, processing and analysing data into reports and dashboards to make the data valuable and useful for operational and/or decision making purposes.
    • Prepare and maintain statistical reports
    • Independently plan, prepare Management reports
    • Support the operations team in translating numerical figures into understandable data that will be used in operations and CSI activities
    • Design and develop a reporting models to support metrics and KPIs
    • To carry out any other duties which may be reasonably expected of you by your immediate manager or a senior director.
    • To abide by all Press policies and procedures, as detailed in your contract of employment and the Staff Handbook, e.g. Health and Safety, e-mail and Internet use and standards of behaviour.

    Qualifications:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree or equivalent working experience.
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Experience in analysing data and in data visualization techniques and tools
    • Working experience on ITSM tools (Remedy, ServiceNow, Marval, etc.)
    • Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, MS Access or Power BI
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent documentation skills
    • Knowledge of ITIL is a plus.
    • Aptitude to learn new tools and methodology.
    • The ability to balance a heavy workload and conflicting priorities.
    • Being service-focused and pragmatic.
    • Understanding and meeting the changing needs and business outcomes of customers through the use of tools, technologies and processes.
    • Ability to weigh global business needs against change requirements.

Today, the Manila office has grown to 400 plus personnel with expertise in the fields of Information Technology, Digital Publishing, and Customer Services. For thirteen years the Manila office has remarkably made exceptional service and technological contribution to the fulfilment of the Press’s goals and objectives. Currently, the organisation is making initiatives to developing new technological solutions and service innovations to meet the growing needs of our partners within the Cambridge community.
