We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist that provides business high value, and actionable analytics insights as well as drives more exposure and conversions via effective digital marketing initiatives.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge and experience in digital strategy, digital channels and platforms, and analytics. You must also have a strong background in branding and marketing.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracks, studies, analyses and produce insight for all digital marketing initiatives - web, app and social media content that contribute directly to growth in users, increase sites page ranking, and drive sales and profitability.
- Leads data extraction, monitoring and analysis for all relevant business metrics producing actionable insights.
- Identifies systems requirements: road-testing and implementing new digital marketing / analytics tools and technologies
- Executes targeted and trackable marketing campaigns - from email, sms, digital, etc.
- Analyses and reports campaign results to understand what worked and what didnt
- Directs the target metrics of the content writers/contributors, Advertising Managers, SEO/SEM specialists, web/app developers, and content partners.
- Collaborates with content team to create rich media content: video content, vlogs, podcasts and other rich media formats
- Assists in the development and execution of the marketing strategies.
- Event coverage and networking tasks as assigned by your Immediate Superior.
- Any other work-related duties that may be assigned by your Immediate Superior.
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, or Marketing
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing and analytics
- Proven experience developing analytics strategy to meet business objectives
- Expertise or working knowledge in the following platforms: Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Facebook and Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics
- Expertise and working knowledge in SQL
- Ability to use strategic thinking and sound logic to develop plans that solve challenges
- Expert writing and communications skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Demonstration of strong verbal written and presentation skills, including good grammar, spelling, punctuation and attention to detail
- Ability to organize multiple deadlines while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to organize and perform multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently
