Collaborate with teams across offices.
Lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices.
Work with the Product Specialist on the ideation, specification, testing, training and launch processes.
Define the project specifications and ensure the project specs are sufficiently clear for the Engineering Team.
The ability to provide counter-proposals for improved business solutions is a plus.
Support the QA team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide sign-off on specifications.
In conjunction with the Product Specialist, carry out product training for satellite teams as part of the product development process.
Carry our product research to monitor competitors and innovate based on industry and non-industry trends.
