Job Description

  • Scope of Work

    1. Responsible in maintaining the camapaign's users access and provides secure gaming environment for all of its users.

    2. Agents are also assigned in doing troubleshooting any in-game concerns (e.g. newly purchased accessories for game avatars are not appearing when they log in, game password reset etc.)

    3. Although agents handle user access or any other private information they are not responsible in doing top-ups for any users.


    1. Minimum of 6 months BPO Experience

    2. Excellent communication skills

    3. Potential candidate must have a stable internet connection of at least 10mbps and can be converted into a wired LAN connection

    4. Good working behavior

    5. Gaming experience is a plus
