Job Description
We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Technical Support Representative, your role is vital in keeping our customers happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

Vocus is a fast growing Australian company with group of brands that services over 50,000 Australian customers with their residential and business telecommunication products and utility services. The company includes brands like Dodo, iPrimus and Commander.

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide technical and network problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner. Representatives will perform related work as required.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

Good English verbal and written communication skills

Telco background is a plus

Strong sense of ownership

Detail oriented

Highly motivated and Career Driven
