The successful candidate is responsible for managing a team of trainers as well as other management responsibilities. He/She will handle processes related to training requirements as well as communication training. One of the main responsibilities of the position is to identify training needs and work out training calendar for all staff for the site, in sync with functional heads of business units. To be effective in this position, the candidate is expected to demonstrate a high level of critical thinking; make sound and timely decisions keeping in mind business needs.
• College Graduate
• With at least 7 years of working experience in the related field
• Willing to work in Cebu
• Excellent communication and presentation skills,
• Possess strong interpersonal skills including group facilitation skills
• Should be able to effectively interface with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives Knowledge and experience in training needs analysis
• Experience in developing and facilitating training programs

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
