Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Develop Training Framework & drive learning programs and strategy for the site. 
  • Establish key performance indicators and be accountable to ensure trainings continuously improve. 
  • Create Internal training programs and maintain quality of training deliverables across functions within the site. 
  • Identify and building training system that can scale to meet our ambition growth needs 
  • Collaborate with global partners to drive overall learning strategy and ensure continuity in learning approach across functions, sites and locations. 
  • Take ownership of and execute Training needs analysis, development & delivery of courses 
  • Source and review external training vendor providers and programs to meet organizational learning objectives and requirements. 
  • Build repeatable processes and standards to scale learning operations & work with Corporate Talent Acquisition teams to create a global learning framework. 
  • Collaborate with global partners to drive overall learning strategy. 
  • Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, review training and related materials, select the delivery format, and conduct train-the-trainer sessions. 
  • Manage a team of trainers and learning specialists responsible for training execution, administration & instructional design responsibilities. 


Required Qualifications: 
  • 7-10 years professional experience in Learning, Training and/or Organizational development. 
  • Experience delivering trainings, handling people & trainers, and working within a matrix organization. 
  • Excellent training facilitation skills and extensive knowledge of learning theory. 
  • Strong and adaptable problem-solving skills with prior experience in change management & transformation. 
  • Ability to understand technology and bridge the gap between technology and people 
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality training programs with an ability to see the bigger picture. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office products, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
